Experience authentic Turkish cuisine in a 150-year-old stone house in the heart of Istanbul. Ayşe Hanım, with 30 years of culinary expertise, will teach you recipes passed down from her grandmother. In this workshop, you'll prepare three main dishes: hand-rolled mantı (Turkish ravioli), lentil soup, and Istanbul-style white bean stew. Each recipe represents authentic Anatolian flavors passed down through generations. We'll start by selecting ingredients together from the local market in Fatih. You'll experience the aromas of spices, the colors of fresh vegetables, and hear stories from the vendors. The market visit is an integral part of the experience. After the cooking process, you'll taste the dishes you've prepared together on our terrace overlooking the Bosphorus, accompanied by fresh ayran and homemade sherbet.
