Learn to prepare one of the world's richest breakfast cultures from scratch. In our workshop in Fatih, we'll set up a serpme kahvaltı (spread breakfast) table with over 20 varieties. Menemen, gözleme, cheese varieties, jams, böreks... You'll learn the preparation technique of each and create your own breakfast spread. Discover the secrets of choosing olive oil, cheese, and jam. After breakfast, you'll also learn the art of brewing Turkish tea and experience using a samovar. This experience embodies Turkish hospitality at its finest — the richer your table, the greater your love.
