Purify your body and mind with the deep vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. Gülşen Hoca has been practicing sound therapy for 8 years and works with a collection of 15 different singing bowls. The session begins as you lie down on mats spread out on the floor in a dark room. Gülşen Hoca plays singing bowls at different frequencies, creating vibrations that correspond to each chakra in your body. For 60 minutes, you’ll enter a state of deep relaxation. Most participants experience a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. Some experience visual imagery, while others experience emotional release. After the session, you’ll ease back into daily life with 15 minutes of silence and herbal tea.
