Sunset Yoga with a Bosphorus View

Sunset yoga atop Üsküdar, with one of the most beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Guided by Barış Hoca, you’ll practice a 90-minute Vinyasa Flow as the sun goes down. The class begins with breathwork. Then, as you watch the sun set over the Bosphorus, you’ll move through a flowing vinyasa sequence. The experience ends with a 15-minute Yoga Nidra meditation. We provide mats, blankets, and props. All levels are welcome — Barış Hoca offers modifications for every pose. After class, herbal tea and energy bites will be served. A perfect evening to escape the chaos of the city.
