Breath is one of life’s most fundamental tools — and most of us don’t know how to use it. Under Leyla Hoca’s guidance, you’ll experience Holotropic and Wim Hof breathing techniques. The session begins with mindful breathing. It then moves into breathing cycles that gradually increase in intensity. During this process, you may feel physical tingling, emotional release, or a deep sense of calm — all of which are normal. After 45 minutes of active breathwork, there is 15 minutes for integration and sharing. Participants share their experiences with the group. This practice is highly effective for stress management, releasing emotional blockages, and boosting energy levels.
