Learn the art of cocktail making from Istanbul's best bartenders. At our rooftop studio in Beşiktaş, you'll prepare 4 different cocktails overlooking the Bosphorus. You'll practice a wide range from classic Old Fashioned to modern cocktails enriched with Turkish aromatics. Citrus pressing techniques, ice cutting art, and the nuances of shaker use will be taught. Throughout the workshop, we'll discuss the history of different spirits, the evolution of cocktail culture, and the latest trends in Istanbul's bar scene. At the end, you'll receive a booklet with 10 cocktail recipes and a professional bar tools set.
