Nature meditation and mindful walking among the pine forests of Büyükada, Istanbul’s peaceful escape. In the quiet of this car-free island, reconnect with nature. We take the ferry to the island together. You’ll practice walking meditation on the trail leading up to Aya Yorgi Monastery at the top of the island. Once we reach the summit, enjoy a 30-minute seated meditation with a 360-degree view of the Sea of Marmara. On the way down, experience Shinrin-yoku practices among the pine forest. Finally, unwind with a foot bath by the sea and herbal tea. The city stress begins to fade with the ferry ride — and once you step onto the island, you’ll feel like you’ve entered a different world.
