Transform the unique flavors of Turkish cuisine—like turnip juice, pomegranate molasses, bay leaves, and sumac—into cocktails. Gökçe, one of Istanbul's most awarded bartenders, is a pioneer in crafting cocktails with Turkish ingredients. In this workshop, you will create 4 unique cocktails: Turnip Margarita, Pomegranate Whiskey Sour, Bay Leaf & Gin Fizz, and Sumac Aperol Spritz. Each recipe is completely original. You will learn the shaker technique, the art of crushing ice, preparing garnishes, and presentation aesthetics in detail. You'll discover how to work behind the bar like a professional. By the end of the workshop, all recipes will be provided, along with Instagram-worthy presentations and plenty of laughter guaranteed.
