We will visit three different taverns: a historic tavern from the 1920s, a hidden gem popular among bohemians, and a fish tavern famous for its live fasıl music. You will taste different mezes at each location — spicy ezme, fava, lakerda, octopus salad, and more. You will learn the etiquette of drinking rakı, the technique of adding water, and the rules for serving mezes.
