Step into the world of essential oils. You’ll smell more than 30 pure essential oils one by one, learn about their effects, and create your own aromatherapy products. What you’ll learn in the workshop: how essential oils are extracted (distillation, cold pressing), their therapeutic effects (calming, energizing, antiseptic), safe usage guidelines, and blending techniques. You’ll make 3 products: a personalized aromatherapy oil blend, a sleep spray, and a massage oil. You’ll customize each one to suit your own needs. Sibel Hoca is an aromatherapy-certified expert — she’ll explain the scientific and traditional uses of each oil.
